Living on a budget can be difficult, but those tips and tricks (to save a penny or two) are a lifesaver. One of my frequent not-so-budget-friendly purchases is makeup. I don’t wear tons of makeup, but I do wear makeup on a daily basis: powder, blush, mascara, and lipstick. Makeup allows me to experiment with fashion and express my moods, and simply putting on a touch of lipstick makes me feel more put-together and creative.
